I work as Newton Fund Programme Officer, delivering a joint Innovate UK-RCUK Newton Fund Programme in China. The programme aims to support joint UK-China collaboration between business and academia in the translation of research into new solutions to address specific challenges in China. We are about to launch the programme later this year. Prior to joining the Science and Innovation Network, I worked for UK Trade & Investment. I am currently crazy about marathon running. I just had my first go at the 10km mass run at the IAAF World Championships Beijing, rubbing shoulders with marathon contenders! I look forward to sharing with you any exciting cooperation programmes between UK and China.
