Sophie Lott was the longest serving member of the British Government’s Forced Marriage Unit as their specific forced marriage and FGM specialist case worker. She has had extensive experience handling both domestic and consular high risk cases. Before joining the FMU, Sophie worked for London Probation with an expertise in Honour-Based-Violence; she has used the latter to feed into the work she now undertakes with the FMU.
